i've been avoiding programming this macro for weeks. i started it, and then the whole japan thing came up, and i was under the impression that it was due that week i was gone...so i just assumed my boss would finish it up (since it would take him all of 20 minutes to program what would take me 2 weeks). but no. it's due this month.
DANGIT.
seriously, i've avoided programming for so long, i really didn't think i'd have to do this in my professional life. and given the fact that i'm so into learning new languages these days, it's a little ridiculous that i refuse to learn how to program. (but...finnish is so much more interesting...albeit useless. which reminds me, i need to reply to hki).
impressive performance by rodgers and the packers last night. he's going to be the qb to look for when he gets more experience. in a dynamic sport, it's always hard to tell whether one team played well, or the other played poorly. obviously it's some combo of the two, but before everyone's so hard on flacco, i think you have to give the packers defense some credit that they put a crapload of pressure on him, and it's hard not to make mistakes when you have people stampeding at you.
i wish bill simmons would write a book on football. now THAT i would actually read. baseball and basketball...i just don't follow well enough to appreciate his books...but yeah. fball. c'mon sports guy.
